Burglary Suspects Sought
The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office is asking the community for assistance in identifying two burglars. Five residential burglaries occurred in the Three Rivers and C.R. 138 areasf in southern Columbia County. Since November 11, 2010, five homes have been burglarized. Burglar Arrested
On Sunday, November 21, 2010, a man was arrested by Columbia County Sheriff’s Deputies for burglarizing a local business. In response to recent burglaries to local metals recyclers, CCSO Deputies were actively patrolling the businesses. Man stole from victim twice
On Sunday, November 21, 2010, Deputies arrested a man for burglary. A residence off SE Ebeneezer Rd., was burglarized last week. Man Attempts Suicide at Detention Facility
On Sunday, November 21, 2010, an inmate at the Columbia County Detention Facility attempted to harm himself. At approximately 1:00 p.m., Detention Officers responded to a cell where an inmate had attempted to asphyxiate himself.
